Founder & CEO

Abhijit Paul is the dynamic CEO and Co-founder of Craftcoders Innovation Private Limited. With a foundation in science and a passion for technology, he transitioned from a B.Sc. graduate to a skilled web developer, rising steadily to leadership roles. Today, he leads Craftcoders with a vision of transforming industries through innovative web, app, and software solutions.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Kalyani University with a strong academic focus in science.
Developed an early interest in computers and technology, which soon became his career path.

Self-learned coding and web technologies in the early 2000s.
Started his career as a Web Developer, gaining practical experience in building websites and custom applications.
His passion and problem-solving skills quickly set him apart in the companies he worked for.

Promoted to Team Leader roles due to his ability to manage projects, mentor juniors, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Progressed to Managerial roles in various IT companies, where he handled client communication, project planning, and team performance.

In 2010, co-founded Webmaster with John Samuel to offer professional web development services.
Successfully expanded the company with 10 branches across India by 2012, completing over 1000+ projects by 2015.
In 2019, rebranded the company to The Bharat Tech, supporting the Digital India movement and widening the service spectrum.
In 2023, officially registered Craftcoders Innovation Private Limited with MCA, giving it a corporate identity and new growth path.
In 2025, under his leadership, the company opened a large-scale development office in New Town, Kolkata and achieved Pan India presence.

Abhijit Paul continues to drive Craftcoders with a focus on quality, innovation, and expansion. His journey from a science graduate to a tech entrepreneur reflects resilience, vision, and dedication to empowering industries through digital solutions.
